Project management Credit Risk
The RWA risk team aims at providing the whole group with in depth analysis of RWA evolutions in time. It reports directly to the top management along with the ECB and other regulatory entities. The project aims at
migrating all tools in a single centralized software allowing to secure the entire production. The existing software was hosted on a Dataiku trial version in R and ran by a sole person. The projects aims at migrating this tools
to Python in a more advanced version of Dataiku and onboard a team to develop, debug and help during the production

EULER HERMES – Data migration and model back testing – Paris (France) - 8 months
Project Web-app v2
The back testing team has developed a worldwide application allowing business teams to have an in-depth analysis of all the model back tests on a yearly basis. The team aims at updating the application by the end of 2021
with new functionalities : quarterly frequency, new back testing features allowing granularity of information, data sourcing and mining transitioning. The project objectives are twofold (realized in parallel) (i) understanding the
existing process, transferring data sourcing within the team, creating new data pipelines to increase security with the current in-house database and (ii) migrating all systems and development of new feature under the new
systems hosted on a cloud platform (AWS).

CRUD application design
WeChamp is a start-up specialized in organizing events in companies with renown key speakers in different fields (military, sport, politics, etc.). Their role is to find the most relevant profil to attend each of their clients events.
Their recent very high growth the start-up needed to optimize the operations in order to respond to the demand more efficiently and gain market shares in a very competitive environment. The project aims initiating a full
technological transformation from Excel spreadsheets to a full CRUD Cloud application with a web interface, database and a business proposal (PowerPoint) automated engine able to nearly instantly prepare the necessary
documents to send the clients.
