Since June 2014
Led the Agile transformation of the infrastructure team at Allianz Partners France, transitioning from a non-Agile approach, where tasks were managed solely through emails, to a structured, cloud-based IT infrastructure management system.
Managed a team of ~20 members in India, ensuring consistent Scrum practices across teams using the Nexus framework. This shift has significantly improved task visibility and team alignment.

Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies:
Organized and facilitated all Scrum ceremonies, playing multiple roles including coaching, mentoring, and process management. This has boosted team collaboration, productivity, and adherence to Agile principles.

Task and Value Management:
Introduced agile visual management using Miro, incorporating ScrumBan (a combination of Scrum and Kanban), SharePoint Online and Confluence to replace outdated task management methods. This change has increased task efficiency and provided a concise, up-to-date view of ongoing work. By leveraging the Evidence-Based Management framework, the team is now measuring the number of tasks they can handle, aiming to further optimize capacity and value delivery.

GenAI/RAG/LLM :
Applied advanced techniques throughout this project to accelerate and optimize decision-making processes. Methods included : Few-shot prompting, Chain-ofThought (CoT), Self-Ask, Self-Consistency, FLARE, Planning, and Plan-andExecute. Developed a comprehensive POC for a Generative AI RAG application using OpenAI GPT, LangChain, and Haystack, designed to manage Miro cards and user stories through prompts.
