As a DevOps engineer, I worked in Dior’s monitoring team. Involving a collaboration with a variety of other team, in order to deeply understand their need, clarify it, validate the targeted dashboarding solution with them, and develop that solution.



● Creating Grafana dashboards based on ELK datasources that decreased the time required to detect a problem of 25%.
● Developing of a local ELK stack linked to a local Grafana instance that reduced by 50% the time needed to test and publish a pipeline.
● Participation in workshops to define and shape the monitoring needs of various teams.
● Building Logstash pipelines to handle data processing and simplify the generation of Grafana Dashboards
● Developing a Grafana Dashboard that give a global and detailed view of the current state of the most important system for every country.
● Leading the presentation of our new monitoring solution to the director of the information systems department.
● Participating in daily meeting, backlog refinement and the global success of the scrum method taking place in the project.

Dans le cadre de la refonte de la navigation, sur les 38 locales du site sisley-paris.com,
j’ai intégré l’équipe marketing internationale. Cette expérience a pour objectif de me remettre à niveau sur la solution SFCC.

● Migration of more than 30 major micro services from docker to GKE using Argo CD in 4 environments that led to a 20% performance increase.
● Optimization of cloud infrastructure cost allowed for two main applications of the company, resulting in a 30% cost reduction.
● Participation in the creation of a Kubernetes cluster enabling pod autoscaling and setting up a budget to keep different environment costs as low as possible.
● Migration of a major part of an unmaintained Jenkins CICD to Github actions leading to a major reduction of the technical debt of the company.
● Implementing of google cloud proxy as a sidecar to connect microservices running in Kubernetes to databases.
● Implementation and management of new Secrets for applications running in the GKE cluster on the lower environments, leading to a major improvement in the security of the lower environments.
● Migrating databases from on premise to Cloud SQL, leading to a clear reduction of the queries response time.
● Coding a Packer pipeline in order to migrate legacy Marklogic server.
● Migrating cloud configuration to terraform in order to implement Iac best practice.

Network Engineer Intern

I’ve been part of Atos’s team named RIDF, our goal was to install and setup Stormshield firewalls in public schools of the region “île de France”. This first experience in the engineering world allowed me to gain experience in networking, firewall setup and security.

● Administrating Stormshield firewall and setting up firewall rules for more than 40 different public school and adapting rules to the school’s director’s requests.
● Implementing a IPSecVPn tunnel between school’s firewall and Atos.
● Writing a detailled procedure about how to log the different devices installed in SNOW and how to describe their state in order to have a global view of the project.
● Setting up loopback on firewalls in order to setup a test possibility
