Program Management - Integration of HCM/ERP Oracle cloud applications and payroll systems - Nov 2021 to March 2025:

Client Mission:

Managed the implementation of Oracle HCM/ERP applications along with integrations of payrolls systems for 20 countries.

o Set up and managed the program governance using MSP & Prince2 (RACI, planning, issues/risks management, steering committee, budget).
o Managed international stakeholders: communication, planning and budgets for each integrating country.
o Managed the implementation of centralized error management and interfaces monitoring processes between Oracle and Azure cloud middleware.
o Participated in the integration of the employee global mobility business processes in HCM/ERP and payroll systems.
o Participated in the RFP of the centralization of payroll systems project with the assessment of potential payroll vendors with Oracle cloud applications.

Project management of iEcoFabrica (Industry 4.0) (from Jan-Dec 2018 - Juin 2021): transforming the construction industry with our patented solutions: Azure Cloud-based robotic flexible home manufacturing plant for building custom green homes in few weeks. IEcoFabrica is a digital factory:

Managed the design of the digital transformation for customers in south of France:

• Airbus Helicopters: Architecture design for the process of helicopter maintenance assembly line. Supply chain project objective: reduce the maintenance lead time by 30%. Optimized the suppliers & delivery lead times. Increased the work force capability planning.
• Port Authority: Architecture for making the port competitive: reducing the “cycle-time”. The main objective of architecture was to streamline all end-to-end processes that involved several departments. Bringing together all the stakeholders was the greatest complexity. The main value of this transformation was to “reduce the sales cost of B-to-B customers via self-service eCommerce.
• Managed the business requirements and priorities.
• Managed project managers’ issues and risks.
• Reported the program dashboard and KPIs to the program committee.

An innovative digital service provider for the manufacturing and construction sectors. Offshore developments based in India and Morocco. The objective of the system was to streamline the construction value chain from the creation of the plan to the delivery of the house. This involves the development of CRM, ERP and PLM.

CSX, a rail transportation company in the United States and Deutsche Bahn (Germany): multi-million-dollar joint venture program in Germany in the real-time goods tracking system: safety and business continuity were key elements of the program. Project budget 10M€.

Competition in “goods” transportation forced Deutsche Bahn (Germany) to adapt best practices used in CSX (USA) for “real-time train logistics operations tracking system. IT landscape: C++, Oracle DB/Forms, Unix.
