Client Mission:

Managed the implementation of Oracle HCM/ERP applications along with integrations of payrolls systems for 20 countries.

o Set up and managed the program governance using MSP & Prince2 (RACI, planning, issues/risks management, steering committee, budget).
o Managed international stakeholders: communication, planning and budgets for each integrating country.
o Managed the implementation of centralized error management and interfaces monitoring processes between Oracle and Azure cloud middleware.
o Participated in the integration of the employee global mobility business processes in HCM/ERP and payroll systems.
o Participated in the RFP of the centralization of payroll systems project with the assessment of potential payroll vendors with Oracle cloud applications.

• Port Authority: Architecture for making the port competitive: reducing the “cycle-time”. The main objective of architecture was to streamline all end-to-end processes that involved several departments. Bringing together all the stakeholders was the greatest complexity.
