➢ IT OPS Support Arvato|Bertelsmann 01/2017 Present
Tasks include assist remotely coworkers with any issues that may come in a technical environment when assistance not possible. Proper follow up from other departments which have the tools necessary to remediate to a quick and efficient solution in various fields including Workplace, Infrastructures, IAM (provisioning).
Document and follow up on any issue (continuity, infosec) that they may be either minor or major.
Usage of internal tools and know-how of multiple general Microsoft products.
➢ Sr. Technical Support SSL (SOC) / Managed SSL department on shift (EIG USA) - 2015 06/2016
Job includes when required assist Live Support (Chat+Phones), Billing, Helpdesk, Escalations, System Administration. Main function is to provision SSLs on windows / Linux (centos) servers and troubleshooting any errors that may result from these installations. Installing different windows applications on servers such as Tomcat, SharePoint and others Microsoft tools. Migrated emails from Microsoft suit and modification of DNS/TCP/PORTS (OS hardening) and many other tasks.
Manage SSL department as sole qualified for my shift.
Trained new staff into SSL, documentation for training purposes, assisted as to how to properly use these tools. (Functional support).
Also assisted Customers as to setup different parts of their infrastructure and explained how it worked.
Arvixe which now is in the family of EIG has a infrastructure which holds more then 500 physical servers for over 300.000 active customers for Arvixe only.

➢ Technical Support (Arvixe USA) - 2013 06/2016
Initially started as Phone support assisting L1-L2 inquiries from basic questions to more advanced troubleshooting. Also assisting chats when needed, Task required were but not only: Migration non-cpanel to cpanel, windows migrations, mssql / msql transfers, cpanel-cpanel transfers great rage of technical issues relating to site not loading. Using internal tools to assess and remediate know vulnerabilities including SQL injection, cross site scripting SSH daily use for troubleshooting mail systems and other applications for modification of scripts transfers etc. OS of work station Mac OSx, with VM windows.
Arvixe has an infrastructure which holds more then 500 physical servers for over 300.000 active customers.
➢ Technical Support (Artnet USA) - 2012-2013
Working as assistant/Tech support assisted with troubleshooting the accounts websites of customers installation of site and web development. Worked with many tools such as opensrs MYOB installation of light speed and other tools. Main task was to assist customers with their initial issues, proceed with transfers and Audits.

- Intimate knowledge of all cloud / hosting OS, control panel, billing and Virtualization platforms including but not limited to Windows Server, CentOS, Xen, Ubuntu, cPanel, Plesk, WebsitePanel, OpenVZ, , WHMCS.
- Security : comfortable using SIEMs (logs, Splunk), IAM Provisioning tools (Microsoft AD), Incident Response, IPam / DNS / DHCP.
- VBA, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange and other Microsoft technologies.
- Ticketing systems : Jira, Kayako and others.
- Organization tools : SharePoint, Jira and others.
- Managing Shared, Reseller, VPS and Dedicated Server fleets as tech.
- Extensive knowledge in SSL installations and troubleshooting.Extensive knowledge in SSL installations and troubleshooting.
- Working or native proficiency in French, English, Spanish. Currently studying German.
- Very fast learner and autodidact.

- Extensive experience in engaging with clients, pacifying escalated situations and providing end level support via public channels.
