Responsibilities:
• To manage and coordinate the various Verifone entities in order to deliver the project and the service.
• To achieve the program reports: technical and financial progressions.
• To prepare the project governance meetings (project, steering ans strategic comittees).

Results:
• Centralization of the Auchan stores payments on the P2PE Verifone PAYWare Wynid Gateway (4 M€ contract) – the biggest customer
on the Verifone platform in Europe : 10 000 POS, 6 Mo of transactions per Month.
• Preparation of the Intermarché centralization program : 3 times bigger than Auchan one.

Restructure the company in order to recover the business and prepare its sale by the Thalès Group.

Responsibilities:
• To manage the operation’s teams (40 employees).
• To propose, to optimize the cost prices. To manage the company P&L
• To diversify the services offers.
• To pilot the Information Systems.
• To create a telesales activity and a Customer extranet.
• To enhance the business processes and to pilot the KPIs.

Results:
• The sales of the company in 2009 to the GTS group then in 2011 to the Solutions30 group.
• The renewal of the contract with Ingenico/BNP (2M€/year), La Banque Postale (600K€/year).
• The signature of two contracts with Orange (from 2 M€ to 3 M€/year).
• The transformation of a technical enterprising mind towards a mind of commercial company.

Mission
Create a payment acceptation activity, then to develop the offers.

Responsibilities:
• To manage the technical team.
• To validate the technical architectures.
• To organize the state of progress of software developments and their profitability.

Results:
• 10 months for the Softpos EMV, CB5.2 certifications.
• The creation of a innovative offer independent of the hardware platform: VeriFone, Tokheim, Banksys.
• The signature of contracts with Casino (2M€), VeriFone (1.5 M€), Fujitsu (500K€),… Deployment of 15.000 terminals.
• The signature of Intermarché enhancements of their loyalty management (800K€/year).
• The progression from 1.3 M€ TO (15 employees) in 2003 to 4 M€ TO (45 employees) in 2006.

A transverse management of the POS R&D teams among Europe. The optimization of the number of software developed. The coordination of the launch of new products.

Responsibilities
• To manage 70 employees distributed in 9 teams in 7 countries in Europe.
• To organize the GO/NO GO of new projects with the Tokheim Europe subsidiaries General Managers.
• To control the projects states of progress.
• Results:
• Realization of a product road-map going from 5 products to 2 products in Europe.
• Deployment of a common project reporting for the European set of teams.
• Restructuration of the French teams.
• Launch of the first EMV certified IQ6000 prototype.
